Founder Message

I started TimeKeeper in 2018 and initially thought 'timesheets are easy' and I could build a small product in a couple of weeks that would be useful to small businesses.

How wrong I was! I realise how naive I was as I found out how complex timesheets can be. This is a realisation from countless conversations with construction and field service businesses who are struggling with timesheets and the pains that surround it.

Since then, our mission with TimeKeeper has been to create the top solution in the field—fairly priced and truly valuable to businesses to enable them to save time and money.

Sean Quinn
Founder & General Manager
Sean started TimeKeeper is 2018 and is responsible for managing the TimeKeeper division within Bright. Usually found with coffee!
Keelan Graham-Sands
Full Stack Engineer
You will find Keelan working on new features to enhance the platform and improve user experience. When he's not coding, you can find him travelling, playing board games, or cheering on Liverpool FC.
Mandy Webb
Senior Customer Success Manager
Most days Mandy will be solving queries and helping you become a TimeKeeper pro! Out of work, you can likely find Mandy down the charity shop, with family and friends or her trio of cats.
Niamh Pentony
Customer Success Executive
Niamh joined us in 2025 and has since been dedicated to helping clients with connectivity issues, setup and onboarding, and producing timesheets for payroll. When she's not busy assisting customers via live chat or email, you can usually find her out for a walk or making exciting holiday plans.
Conor Ferguson
Customer Success Executive
Conor joined in 2026 and has jumped into assisting customers old and new. He loves getting any type of issue resolved for customers so they can continue to get the most out of TimeKeeper. When not working, you can find Conor playing 5 aside or barbecuing for a crowd.
Paul Treanor
Full Stack Engineer
Paul loves diving into code to ensure the platform is as seamless and helpful for users as it can be. Outside of work, you'll find him gardening or out on the pitch playing hurling.
